QuickZaps provides a digital platform that enables users, retailers, distributors, and partners to perform financial and utility-related transactions including, but not limited to, AEPS services, bill payments, mobile/DTH recharges, domestic money transfers, insurance services, and other digital services.

The services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, subject to availability of third-party banking, network, and service provider systems.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are legally competent to enter into contracts

• All information provided by you is true and accurate

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. USER ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION

Users may be required to register and create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

The Company is not liable for losses due to unauthorized account usage caused by user negligence.

4. SERVICES OFFERED

QuickZaps facilitates digital transactions but does not operate as a bank. We act as an intermediary between users and financial/service institutions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely services. Transaction completion depends on banks, telecom operators, billers, and other third-party systems.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt systems

• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation may lead to account suspension, termination, and legal action.

6. TRANSACTION RESPONSIBILITY

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying beneficiary details before transactions

• Ensuring sufficient funds

• Providing accurate transaction information

QuickZaps is not liable for incorrect transfers made due to user error.

7. COMMISSIONS & SETTLEMENTS

Retailers/distributors may earn commissions as per company policy. Commission structures may change without prior notice. Settlement timelines depend on partner banks and networks.

8. REFUNDS & REVERSALS

Refunds or reversals are subject to:

• Approval from partner banks or service providers

• Technical verification of failed transactions

Refund timelines vary and may take several working days.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and software on the platform are the property of QuickZaps. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

Our platform may include services or links from third parties. We are not responsible for their performance, accuracy, or privacy practices.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickZaps shall not be liable for:

• Transaction delays or failures caused by banks/operators

• Network or system downtime

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

12. DATA PRIVACY

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Laws or these Terms are violated

• Risk to platform security is identified

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold QuickZaps harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures of third parties.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts where the company is registered.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised Terms.
