Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive at QuickZaps, you will be a key part of the engine that keeps our fintech platform running smoothly for retailers, distributors and customers across Bharat.
Your role will focus on process execution, partner coordination, onboarding, documentation and backend operational support.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operational workflows and process execution

• Coordinate with partners, vendors and internal teams

• Assist in onboarding retailers/distributors onto the platform

• Ensure proper documentation, KYC verification & compliance checks

• Track service issues and work with tech/support teams for resolution

• Maintain records, MIS reports and operational dashboards

• Help streamline internal processes for better efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• Good understanding of basic business workflows

• Ability to handle responsibility and follow processes

• Comfortable working with internal tools, dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in fintech / banking / service operations is a plus (not mandatory)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in customer onboarding or KYC verification

• Working knowledge of CRM / ERP tools

• Exposure to field coordination or vendor management

• Fluency in multiple regional languages

Work Mode / Location

• On-site role (office-based)

• Requires close coordination with internal & field teams
